We weigh three things: how often the perk earns its slot in high-level play, how much value it delivers in an average solo match, and how patch changes have shifted its numbers. Grades are re-checked after every balance patch — the patch and revision date above tell you exactly how fresh this list is. A perk graded S is worth building around; a perk graded F actively costs you the slot.
